Aperitivo in Italy started as a pre-dinner drink, but in recent years it has grown to include enough food to serve as a replacement dinner. Typically you buy your drinks and then you can go through that place’s buffet line as many times as you want. A good aperitivo ranges from 6 to 10 euro.
