Emanuele Vivoli Machine Learning and Computer Vision

PhD Student and research fellow at Media Integration and Communication Center (MICC) at the University of Florence, under the supervision of Prof. Marco Bertini.

Emanuele Vivoli was born in Florence (FI) on July 1st 1996. He received his bachelor’s degree cum laude in computer engineering from the University of Florence in 2018 with the thesis “Handwriting dysgraphia detection with Neural Networks and smart-pen”.

Later, in 2021, he received his master degree cum laude in computer engineering from the University of Florence with the thesis “Semantic Understanding of Scientific papers”.

Currently he is a PhD Student and research fellow at Media Integration and Communication Center (MICC) at the University of Florence, under the supervision of Prof. Marco Bertini.

His main interests are Computer Vision and Machine Learning, with specific focus on multimodal learning.
