Virtual ICPR2020 will use the UNDERLINE web platform.

ICPR2020 Main Conference will be 6-hours live per day. The schedule has been defined to keep people from various time zones included in the conference as much as possible.  Sessions are 1 hour long but they will remain open to prolong discussions with presenters as much as needed. Oral Sessions are given live. Poster sessions are hosted in Gather Town to simulate a real poster session. Each attendee controls an avatar and can visit posters, interact with presenters, chat with close attendees… Both Oral and Posters will have pre-recorded videos. Pre-recorded videos will be available to delegates before the Conference in order to let them inspect and select the material of interest, and define their personal conference agenda.

ICPR2020 format

Keynote Sessions 1h  

  • Keynote will join a 1h live moderated session for interaction with delegates including 40′ live presentation and Q&A.

Oral Sessions 1h  

  • Lead presenter will join a 1h live moderated session for interaction with delegates. Each speaker has a 10′ time slot allocated. Either a short live speech or playing the pre-recorded video is allowed, plus Q&A.
  • Lead presenter will also host their own 1h live poster session for interaction with delegates.
  • Lead presenter should be available to continue discussions with delegates in the same room after the end of the session.

Poster Sessions 1h

  • Lead presenter will host their own 1h live poster session for interaction with delegates.
  • Lead presenter should be available to continue discussions with delegates in the same room after the end of the session.

Demo Sessions 1h

  • Lead presenter will host their own 1h live demo session for interaction with delegates.
  • Lead presenter should be available to continue discussions with delegates in the same room after the end of the session.

Challenge Sessions 1h

  • Lead presenter will join a 1h live moderated session for interaction with delegates. Each participant has a 10′ time slot allocated, including the pre-recorded video and Q&A.

Panel Sessions 1h

  • Lead presenter will join a 1h live moderated session for interaction with delegates.
